ADMISSIONS
- The school has
always catered to the needs of children from all communities and classes of
society.
- New admissions
are granted in class I, VI and IX, whereas for the other classes, admissions
depend on the
availability of seats.
- The eligibility
for class I is to attain the age of 5 years as on March 1 of the current
session.
- The Admission
forms are available around December and January at the school premises.
- The Registration
form is to be duly filled with the necessary requirements and deposited with
the office.
- Registration is
no guarantee to admission.
- Admission is
strictly based on performance in the screening test conducted by the school
and on the merit basis of the last passed class in the last school. List of
the selected candidates is displayed on the school notice board.
- The decision of
the Admission committee/ Principal is final.
- The formalities
towards admission are to be completed, with the required fee to be deposited
within the stipulated time allotted.
- All fees
deposited are non-refundable (Except caution money).
- Student seeking
admission from another school must submit their Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
from the last school attended.
- A student joining
the school for the first time must produce satisfactory evidence of his/her
date of birth such as extract from the municipal or village record or
baptismal certificate from the last school attended and two 2 ½ X 3 ½ cm. size
photographs.
