Parents/Guardians should be aware of the performance of their children. For
accomplishing this purpose, counseling is organized for Parents and Teachers. It
is a type of meeting between Teachers, Students and Parents/Guardians of the
children. The exclusive purpose of this meeting is to make Parents aware the
performance of their children. They can even clarify their queries, doubts
regarding examination, syllabus or any other issue. It is a kind of formal
discussion between them. Generally, the meeting is organized after every
semester examination for the declaration of result and distribution of Report
Cards. However, it is also organized in mid of semesters from time to time. The
formal intimation for the same is made one week prior to it. Parents/Guardians
are requested and advised to attend such meetings. |
