RULES AND REGULATIONS
- If
Guardians/Parents have any query, they should contact Principal between 9:00
a.m. to 10:00 a.m. after taking an appointment.
- Every first
Friday of the month will be “Open House Day” and Guardians/Parents should come
to the school and meet the teachers.
- Fees should be
paid of 12 months. If a student does not clear his/her dues, he/she will not
get the T.C.
- The fees should
be paid till the 8th day of each month, otherwise Rs. 50 will be charged as a
fine.
- In case the fees
of two successive months is not paid by the Guardians/Parents, the child’s
name will stuck off and after paying Rs. 500 for re-admission, he/she will be
allowed to attend the classes.
- A fee of Rs. 100
will be charged for issuing a transfer certificate and this will be issued
after 10 days of submission of the application.
- If a student
remains absent in class for three or more than three successive days without
an application, a fine will be charged which corresponds to the number of
absent days. If a student remains absent from school for a prolonged period
without any reasonable intimation, his/her name is likely to stuck off from
the rolls. If the child remains ill, a medical certificate should be
submitted.
- Every student
should bring his/her Identity card to the school.
- No student will
be allowed in the school premises without the prescribed uniform.
- Late comers will
not be admitted in the class without the written permission of the Principal.
- The school
authority is not responsible for the student’s loss of money, stationary and
other articles. They must take care of their own belongings.
- Principal may
punish a student in a manner suited to the offence like expulsion from the
school without assigning any reason.
- Guardians/Parents
are recommended to call at the Principal’s office at least once in each
semester, so as to ascertain from the school authorities and observe the
progress and conduct of their ward.
- Complaints, if
any, should be made to the Principal and not to the class teacher.
- Information
regarding changing of residential address, phone no. etc. should be
immediately updated.
- Occasional
reports and recommendations from teachers are made in the school diary.
Parents are requested to sign it as a proof that they have read it.
- Parents must
supervise their child’s studies and home work and must send them to school
regularly.
